My mom had my brother after 40, and she is worried that she and my dad won’t have enough money saved to cover his college expenses and comfortably retire too. I (23f) need to set up a college fund so that in 10 years, my brother will have at least half of his tuition covered ($20-25k maybe?). How should I go about doing this?
