HELP. I am a 20 year old girl and someone stole my card information and went on a shopping spree in my city. I am now in 300$ debt and my bank is refusing to help pay because the money spent was in my area. I am really responsible with my money and would never just spend around 1,000 dollars in a weekend shopping spree. I really need the money to pay for my school books in the next two weeks. I'm freaking out someone please help.
