So I was at this consignment shop and found a Kate Spade Purse for $40 the bag could value well over $200 and thought it would be the perfect gift for my friends birthday. I’m feeling nervous giving her a thrifted item, but come on, this is designer (she cares) and it’s in amazing shape! Like New!
Is it okay to gift thrusted items in general?
