So I’ve been really trying to cut down on food costs, and as someone that cooks for a hobby, this has been hard for me. Anyway, I had so much “a little bit of this, a little bit of that” in my fridge & pantry. I essentially threw all of it together in a pot with some broth, and whew baby, I had a stew goin’! Anyway ... didn’t have to throw away unused produce and used up various 1/4 lbs of meats that would have just sat and sat in the freezer. & I got my lunches covered for the rest of the week. Yay!
