I'm thinking about trying to figure out how big chain grocery stores decide to put their items on "sale". I believe there is a pattern and certain items go through a rotation of prices. I only noticed due to the candy at the register. I buy two packages of Reese's only when the price drops below .75$ per package usually a 2 for one or 3 for 2 sale. I know reliably that it will happen every two weeks or so but I didn't ever think about the pattern. This can't be the only item in the store that follows a pattern. Stop me if I'm creating a new conspiring but has anyone else noticed this or attempted to figure out when certain items will be cheaper ahead of time?
