I’m turning 34 and previous to having my little girl (nearly 2) I was in the gym everyday, used to focus on weight lifting, but now I’m a size 14 (au) 74kg and my abs seem like a distant memory. I’m a single mum now (it’s a good thing!) and I’m sorting myself out emotionally after a bad marriage with my little girls Dad.
I’m a single mum with no family in the country, no help from her Dad, and I have 2 friends who stuck by me during the breakup, so I have my daughter with me All weekend, and before and after work.
My goals I’d like to get your advice on (The most Frugal way):
Become a size 6 again through healthy eating and cheaper meals that are mostly freezer friendly so I can make in bulk.
If possible I’d like the meals to be kid friendly.
Exercise daily for 30 min, in home or out, just want to try and avoid paying for a gym membership as the gyms in the city get really really busy. So any sites etc would be great.
