We have a gas central heating system with an un-vented water tank.All hot taps in the house run very hot expect the two I have on my bathtubsThey’re both the same model mixer taps with a lever rather than a screw-type mechanismif I only partially tilt the tap (lower water flow) I still only get warm water.Could it be that by chance both taps have a fault in the mixer allowing cold water or, or could it be something designed to stop people running hot baths for babies and thus the issue is built into the tap and or boiler? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2Z6LsCF
