I've worked at my job for about 3 years now and yesterday I spoke with my employer about signing up for a 401K, but he said it was already taken care of. She showed me a spreadsheet looking thing with how much I have in my account. I never got any information or signed anything to start/create a 401K, but I apparently have one. Is everything done on the employer's end without my signature on any paperwork? Seems weird.
