Here’s what I am doing:
-Going to seller’s home in nearby state w/Mechanic
-Complete BOS w/ Notary present
-Hand over check from bank
-Have the seller mail me a physical copy of the digital title from their bank within 90 days
-Register vehicle in my state with title and BOS present
-DMV will pass title to bank once I report it has a lien
How safe am I if seller fails to send me title? Will a BOS ensure the return of my loan in a court of law?
I understand at that point I will receive no help from the bank, and only from a court of law.

Also, should I use a BOS from the state I am registering the vehicle in, or the state I am buying it from?
