So currently I own a house, and I hate it. I am not good at owning a home as I am not technical enough to do my own maintenance and things like that. I'd prefer to live in some kind of rental, but I'm not crazy about apartment living, and anything more than an apartment is actually more expensive than owning.
Ideally I'd like to find a small, affordable house or condo. Just curious if there is an option I'm not considering or what your frugal housing situations are like.
