Just opened a new bank account and was ordering checks. It seemed insane to me that they were asking $54 for a book of 100. So I did a little research, and got a book of 150 for $8 from Walmart. I literally only use checks for rent, so this will last me a long time, but for anyone who writes checks more frequently this could save a lot of dough.
