I have my checking and savings accounts with Chase. Over the past four months, I have had several fraudulent charges made to my savings and checking accounts. Each time it happens, I report it to Chase, I also open a new account, transfer the funds to the new account, and close the account that had fraudulent charges made against it. I have followed along with all of Chase’s recommended security measures, but the problem continues to happen.
Should I switch banks at this point? What is your best advice to prevent this from happening?
