Need some advice.
I started a new marketing job in June, but since then the owner had 8 professional development meetings with me and apparently I have not been doing my job to her standards since day 1! She also said my BA is nothing compared to her master's degree and I need to take notes everytime she speaks because of all her knowledge. If you see my list of responsibilities from day 1 to now you would think I own the place. It literally went from 1 page to currently 5 pages and growing.
This weekend I stumbled on my job posted on Indeed and she has yet to speak to me about it. Sad part is I'm closing on a house this year. I have a small window to find another job. I have an entrepreneur mindset and wish I can just be my own boss, but that journey isn't easy. Any good leads on a work from home job? I've been trying to freelance on upwork, but no jobs yet. I'm also great at cooking and baking, but its difficult to keep consistency with that. Feel like I'm out on luck. Thanks for reading guys!
