So I sold some car parts to someone in the US (I'm from NZ). They took a while to get to him which admittedly was outside of the NZ Post service time, but it was a larger item so it is understandable. I did all I could to provide information, I opened disputes with the postal service, I provided him evidence of all my actions throughout the whole time. He disputed the transaction (nearly $500NZD worth) and won, now I have had confirmation from him that he has received the parts. Note that the transaction was closed in his favour the same day I confirmed he received the parts. Now I am left with a PayPal account that is almost $500 negative, and no car parts either while he gets away with $500 worth of free stuff. What can I do?
