The air carrier(easyjet) closed their bag drop 2 min before promised. I know that’s cutting it close but that’s what the ticket said. I booked the flight through my Chase credit card, which promises travel insurance but not sure if this qualifies. I basically had to buy another. Besides submitting an online complaint to the carrier, do I have other choices? This was in Scotland if it matters
