I found this listing on Zillow. I have indeed seen a listing just like this the past two years around this time and was wondering if it's potentially a scam.
The short of it: this "family gives back to the community" and sells a house, regardless of value, for under 50k. Must buy cash or finance through owner.
Edit: I know this sounds sketchy. Im just curious-- how can people scam other people Every Single Year? Are they successful? How are they getting awy with this?????
