Background: 6 years of experience, multiple certs, degree, single father (if that matters)

I've worked at my company for a few years now. I am a salaried employee (80 hrs/pay period like everyone else). I am working a second job to get by and just had a chat with my company. I make about $42k (pre-tax) right now and was offered a $10k raise, but I would have to work 50 hours per week instead of the 40 hours per week that I work now.

I've noticed that other companies in other locations (I live in a major metro) are paying close to 60-65k for the same role to employees with less experience. I don't feel like this is a good deal. Sure, I would be making more per year, but I would actually be losing money per hour since I am required to work an additional 10 hr/wk.

I love my job and our founder. I don't want to leave the company, but I had to get a second job washing dishes so that I can take care of my daughter. I live a simple life and I budget my ass off, but I feel like I am drowning. No savings, no 401k, etc -- My friend washes cars and makes more money than I do, which is very demoralizing. It is really breaking my spirit.

I have the opportunity to counter offer and I wanted to get some feedback from this sub. Thoughts?

TL;DR - I found out that I am the lowest paid employee in our office, despite taking on additional responsibilities and being more qualified than my other co-worker. Had to get a second job washing dishes, can't save any money or contribute to my 401k. Offered $10k raise, but required to work an extra 10hrs/wk, so I end up losing $ per hour. Logic behind working more hours was "You're working a second job, so I'd rather have you working extra hours here".
