Hello! I would like to make a costume with LEDs and/or other lights to make something like the Light Balance costumes from America's Got Talent. Would it be possible to create this using a Arduino Uno/Nano and some wires, totalling under $100 (without Arduino, I have it). Would it be possible? If yes, which lights should I use?
