My mom is terminally ill and is probably going to die in the next month or two. She's lost like 20-30 pounds in the last few months and isn't looking great.
As for me, I'm poor as fuck and can't afford any sort of service for her death. I've looked online and even basic funeral and cremation costs are thousands of dollars. A funeral is most likely out of the question. What exactly can I do?
She's on disability currently, are there any programs that'll help out a disabled person's funeral arrangements?
And in terms of financing, do I need a loan or can I work out a payment plan with a funeral home?
