Is it more frugal to purchase a more expensive booties/shoes instead of purchasing cheap booties/shoes?
Let’s say i’m looking at women’s booties that is weatherproof but cost over $100 and a cheap booties that is not weatherproof but $10. Will it be more frugal to purchase the expensive booties instead of the cheap ones? Also to note that that expensive one is more comfortable and has a good reputation as compared to the cheap ones that are from China.
