The new house I recently bought comes with a poorly designed bathtub/shower combo. The edge of the tub is slightly raised from the platform it sits on (maybe 3/4 of an inch), with tiling all around. It is not flush against the walls, meaning there is a small gap/channel all around the tub between the edge of the tub and the wall. When taking a bath, this is fine, but when taking a shower, water will naturally splash against the walls, fall down into this gap, and accumulate there until it forms a river that flows to the bathroom floor...Since a picture is worth a thousand words:https://ift.tt/2MNFvTr idea how to fix this? (other than using a shower curtain wrapping all the way around the tub, which would feel pretty claustrophobic) via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2MNngh5
