photos of first door with piece and second withoutHi r/DIY I need some help identifying the name of a piece on a sliding door.I have two patios with sliding doors and one has what I would call a kick plate or something like that (first two photos in album) but I don’t know what the real name is. The other door is missing that part and there’s an empty space below the door frame and the patio. It goes back about two inches and there’s some caulking but I think the builder failed to install whatever that piece is called? I’m afraid without that piece it’s letting air and moisture in so I would like to find out the name of the piece and install it myself. The doors are TRACO TR-8300 and unfortunately the website isn’t helpful for all the trim and finishing so hoping you guys can help. Thanks! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2OdbPBt
