as per title, i moved to a new energy supplier in October 17, and looking back over my reports they seem to be conducting a hard credit check each quarter.
I can understand the first check when setting up the account, but it seems unnecessary to be doing multiple checks on an existing account? This is dropping my rating each time. Whats the score with this? Their system is down currently so ive not been able to talk with anyone about my account at the company. But would be good to know if its right or wrong before i speak to them tomorrow?
