Back in February, I had to go to the ER due to testicular torsion (extremely painful and terrifying). Got my bill shortly after. Was a ton of money, so I added my other parent's I surance information to my account, called the number on the bill and got it all taken care of. About a week later I got another bill, this one being adjusted for the new insurance. So I paid it and thought it was done. Fast forward about 2 months later and I get ANOTHER bill! Assuming it was just a late arrival, I ignored it as it said "If you have already paid in full, please disregard this notice." Last night I received a fourth bill. This one for the same amount the very first one was. I'd have to take out my entire savings that I'm using to pay for student loans/insurance in order to pay it. I'd be essentially broke afterward. What do I do here reddit?
