I had to ship around 400 lbs and looked online to see what the cheapest shipping methods would be. Everywhere that I looked said that UPS or FedEx would be the way to go. I went to UPS and got the pricing for freight and ground shipping. I was quoted $968. I decided to look into USPS even though everywhere said it was more expensive for larger quantities. I loaded up 38 large flat rate boxes and sent them on their way for $648. Make sure that you check all options for shipping! I would have never thought that splitting everything into smaller boxes would be cheaper, and the large flat rate boxes are free. Overall, I'm happy with my savings!
