Hi guys,
My fiancee and I are headed to Oakland for work in 2 weeks. We have a 2010 Honda CRV that I will need for work when I arrive. Aside from that we have a pretty expensive west elm loveseat. A $100 ikea shelving unit. A $750 casper mattress. Two IKEA tabletops. And 2 expensive chairs. The more expensive things we invested in for our future home.
Here's the thing though. We will only be in the west coast for about 2 years.
Do you think it's worth it to bring the stuff with us in a trailer attached to my car? (I've never driven with a trailer before). Do you think I should pack my car with whatever fits and store our furniture for the time being and buy replacements out there? Is there a cheaper way to do this ?
