Car Accident-Now What?

Brand New 30K Car wrecked (now with little savings and unsure car insurance will do anything)

I fucked up by buying a new car because the previous car I owned became unsafe. As a result, I used majority of my emergency savings on this car.

Prior to working in retail I was making $20-35 hour, except I couldn't find a decent paying job after college for the past few years.

I don't make a lot, because I messed up my career and I'm no longer on the path to make $72K.

I made the biggest mistake buying this car and I still have a $8000 auto loan on it.

Originally I was going to use my money I spent on the car towards graduate school. Now I have no car, I'm in physical pain and emotional distress. I messed up by not signing up for long term disability at work, because I never thought in a million years this would've happened.

I feel like nobody cares.

All my emergency savings went towards my car. I'm stuck and I'm losing hope to live.
