I’m trying a challenge with myself. I’m going to attempt to reduce the amount of money I’m wasting on fast food, take away, and restaurant dining. I will be limiting myself to a maximum of 3 restaurant meals and no more than 5 take away/fast food meals per month. I want to see how this affects my spending as well as my health. I’ll be keeping tabs on myself, noting each day I go without spending money on dining out and how much is spent each time I do dine out. Anybody want to try this with me??
