I booked my local florist for my wedding and put over $600 deposit. Unfortunately the owner recently passed and his son's decided not to continue the business. There owners assistant in the shop told us the sons would be issuing refunds, but now she says they decided not to as it was their fathers business and it wasn't their fault he died. What can i do to get my money back?
