I am in California and I have a utility patent for invention. I was going to search for license partnership to develop and market product but I was contacted by a man in Florida who says he will invest 100,000 for 1/2 ownership of my invention.
He wants my bank info including access to account and says he would mail me a check and we would begin to develop market my invention together
I have no idea what or where to start or if this guy is a scam ?
