Hello PF! Yall have guided me right so many times in the past that I thought I would seek some more advice.

I'm 25 and currently work in the IT / Tech sector in the financial industry. I do not have degree, but am insanely self motivated learner. My work ethic is a huge advantage.

I shopped around my position and got an offer for 54k last week. My current company (who I love working for) matched it and I accepted. However, when giving the competitor a courtesy call to decline, they increased the offer to 60k.

Overall, I'd like to stay with my current company. I'm fairly happy, and my resume doesn't have a ton of experience (3ish years, and working on my degree). I want the 60k though. How bad a move is it go back and re-open negotiations?
