I forgot to change my title but I am trying to move out, switch jobs, and buy a car by the summer. Can I do it? (*- if I can afford it)

Back story: I'm 23 years old with some college education. I currently work retail for an average of 30 hours at $11/hr part time. I applied for the full time position and I'm confident that I'll get it. Lately, I've been really thinking about moving out for various reasons so I'm probably going to start studying for the Security + exam. If I start studying around this time to take it December/January time, I think I'd be on track to find a solid job and get settled in before I start paying rent and car payments. There are a lot of jobs that take just that certificate around my area at an average salary of $55,000 without much experience.

For the apartment, I'll be moving in with my boyfriend so i'll have a roommate. It would be one bedroom. I was looking at around $1200 a month (Haven't talked to my boyfriend about it but he's more financially able than me so I was trying to shoot for my price range). Features I'm looking for: allows pets, washer/dryer, as many utilities included as possible, furnished, gym, no quiet hours, free parking, visitor parking, dishwasher, balcony, A/C

For the car, I'm shooting for a car within five years old that's reliable and has low maintenance costs. I don't know much about the reputation of makes of cars. Features I'm looking for are: power windows, locks, and seat(s); leather seats , high MPG, ~265HP, bluetooth, A/C, back up camera*, sun roof. My dad said he'd co-sign with me. I'm planning on taking out a loan with my bank (USAA).

I currently don't have any bills. I just started building my credit in June. After my credit report updated with my new credit card account, it started poor. After my first on time payment, it jumped over a hundred points and now I'm at an average score. I figured I could hit 700 around January/February. I'm only using my credit card to build credit so I pay in full each month.

Overall, I was looking for advice on: -What I could afford on rent each month and what amenities are actually in my price range -What my price range for a used car should I abide by and how new can I afford? I also would appreciate suggestions on makes/models that I should focus on. How much of a monthly payment should I pay? Any good sites to find good used cars in the area? How much should I save up for a deposit? -Any tips for getting my Security + in terms of good classrooms/study guides. What jobs titles I should apply for after I pass.

I just wanted to add that I've always been interested in computers and I'm not just trying to make quick money even though it feels like I'm on a crunch. I'm pretty much set on moving out and buying a car. I'm going to put the car under my parent's insurance.

It's 3AM right now so if there's anything I missed or I wrote poorly, let me know and I'll try clarifying. I don't know much about budgeting and figuring out what I can afford so if I'm in fairy tale land with some of my requests, I ask that you let me down gently.

I appreciate all of your help! Any further information I provide in the posts will be added at the end of this post.
