I know absolutely nothing about engineering or woodwork, so I decided just to ask here.I've decided to attach a sort of desk-top to some triangular brackets and bolt them to my wall like [this] (https://ift.tt/2vW8Hof desk has a limit of 47cm deep, It can up to 140cm long and must be able to hold my mid-tower PC.My home walls are also concrete, so I don't have to locate studs or anything like that.I could find the wall bracket fairly easily by going to a DIY store or something. I am also aware I could get my questions answered about where I can get my specifically sized wood but I wan't to be sure.So where do you guys reckon would be the best place to get my 470mm by 1400mm wood for my desk (Did I do those measurements correctly?)Thank you.EDIT: Also what type of wood would you say would be the best (while still being cheap) for me? Preferably it should hold over 30-50KG? idk It needs to hold my mid-tower PC, without falling down and killing me. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2rboRFu
