Hey guys, longtime lurker here making my first post. I've read many posts over the last couple of months trying to get knowledge and experience for this moment.
I recently got my first job offer post-college. After many months of applying and only getting 2 interviews, this offer came through!
Now, I was desperate for the job and it was a good salary, but I also wanted to add some of that r/personalfinance spice. SO, I asked for a higher salary right off the bat. I was super nervous and thought I had made a mistake, but they came through and met me half way.
Now I graduate in 6 weeks, have a job secured and a great salary thanks to you guys.
10/10 would recommend r/personalfinance
