Looking to change cities soon. Want to worry less about rent and focus more on art. Any place preferably with a nice music scene (really into noise n shit) and left leaning politics? Ya know, cities with mentalities similar to Portland and Austin minus high cost of rent. I work remotely, so job prospects are irrelevant to me.
