My 7yr old and I (28)have never flown before, I have been wanting to share that experience with her. I dont really care much where we fly to (within the US) but i want to try and get the best or cheapest price possible. Before this, i had never researched how much tickets are. She really wants to go to NY so that is what i have been looking at, but they are around 800-1,000! We live in Kansas and can drive to any airport with-in maybe 3 hrs if it means saving money.
My question is, what season, website, times to avoid, where to fly from... ect recommendations you might have. Anything will be highly appreciated.
