I’m currently in the process of designing an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I got the price quote on the ring I’m probably going to go with. I know there is a good deal of wiggle room on jewelry prices because of big mark ups. My question is this: when I go to haggle, how much less than the quote should start with on my offer? Advice?
