So I'm experimenting with some very small volume injection molding at home, and I'm starting to look into how to add colorants to recycled plastics. Basically, if I get a ton of mixed-color plastics, I'd like to be able to add some extra pigment to make it mostly black.I've come across a few technical articles that give a brief explanation on what materials are used for coloring plastics (http://ift.tt/2EakMKq for example), which has been a great start, but I haven't found any good information on how the mixing process actually occurs, and more importantly, what ratios of pigment to plastic to use.Does anyone have any experience with something like this, or perhaps know where I could find some more information?
