I believe in sharing is caring, especially when I have things sitting in my garage that I don't use. Likewise, there is no point in buying tools that I'll only use once. I have a clutter in my garage but I have forgotten if it was bought or borrowed. Similarly, I remember buying a few things that I can't seem to find again.
Just wondering if there is an app for keeping track of things? Or I can just stick to pen and paper. Thank you
Edit: To compile the suggestions
1) Keep a clipboard as a sign-out sheet on the fridge/ garage door/ visible places
2) Keep a spreadsheet/ Google doc as a sign-out sheet
3) Photograph the borrower with item and due date as a deposit-like system
4) Mark the items with unique coloring or sharpie to distinguish items
5) Sell item/ implement a deposit system (Leave it and forget it; less hassle)
