This is only the second time in 10 years of ordering thing on line, but I just got hit with another import fee, COD. The fee is 30% of the price of the item.
Is there a way to estimate (or calculate) the import fees so I can make better decisions about what to buy?
And how does this affect returns? Do I get the import fee back?
