My wife and I have pulled up the carpet in our living room and hallways with the intent of putting down laminate flooring; however, someone put a bug in our ear about scrapping and cleaning the concrete slab and painting it. We previously thought about staining the concrete but the process and expense is just way more than we want to deal with. Painting looks like a very cost effective alternative, but we’ve not found many examples to help us make our decision.Have any of you done this, and if so, what were your experiences?
