I'm installing a new window stool (inside sill) for my double windows and I don't know how to cut the returns. In the dining room I put up wainscoting and cut a piece of wood as the stool and then shaped the edges with a router, but for this room I bought stool that already has a finished edge.I looked online but can't seem to find what I need. I'm going to scribe the ears and the window separation like usual, but then how do I cut the returns? Should I cut the 45 degree angle on the stool and then attach the returns before I scribe the ears or do I cut the ears at a 45 degree angle and then glue on small returns? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2JWXntI
