So,lads I've been having a problem removing rust from steel. I keep sanding and sanding but the rust seems to stay there as if it cant be touched! I dont know what to do, I've soaked the piece in wd40 and nothing. Also some screws that are inside can't move at all. They got stuck from the rust too.
