I have a wooden picket fence that is falling down, literally sagging at a 45 degree angle. I went and got some new panels at Home Depot but Ive got an issue. The last panel is on a decent slop of a hill. What the previous owner did was shift the panel so that the pickets remained vertical. if I were building one from scratch, I'd attack the two cross pieces, then attach each picket individually vertically. If I just hang the piece as is, the pickets will be at a 45 degree angle and look stupid. So my question is: is there a way to simply --shift-- the entire panel so one end is higher than the other, or do I need to remove every picket, attach the cross pieces, the re-attach every picket? cause thats a lotta damn work. Hope Im aritculating what i want, its gotta look like this.http://ift.tt/2hKBvJJ via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2xZdOU1
