I've been searching everywhere, and it seems like flared jeans just aren't sold at very many places, and when they are, they're over $100, and i'm a college student, so $20 is a good budget for me.
I've been to thrift stores, online stores, etc but all of them are mid-rise and are way to inflexible, and i need them for work where i do a lot of movement.
