I return literally everything that I realize that I don't need or want after purchasing. This is true even if an item's price is next to nothing.
My reasoning? At my job, I make $9 an hour. Say it takes 5 minutes out of my day to return a good. Simple math indicates that, based on the "official value" of my time, every item priced over $0.75 is worth returning.
Where do you personally draw the line, in deciding if it is worth your time to return something?
