We are moving a household in the next three weeks and have thought of something to do it inexpensive - buy a used shipping container and have it placed at your house - pack it up yourself and have it shipped to your new destination (across country for us). Once you have moved into your new place you can resell the shipping container and recoup your investment costs on the container.
Will this work? Are there other inexpensive options to moving across country?
We are moving out at the start of the second week of June!
