In an attempt to cut back on my grocery bill I bought a reusable eco pod K Cup filter for my Keurig. I was worried about the coffee not being strong enough (common problem from my google and Reddit research) but if I fill it up all the way with coffee it is fairly strong. My complaint is that it's not very flavorful. I drink black, flavored coffee and this just tastes like hot coffee flavored water. I bought Dunkin' Donuts hazelnut coffee from my grocery store and I'm not sure if it's the brand of coffee or this is just how it is with a eco friendly filter. I'm not a fan of cream and I like the Keurig because I love a fresh cup every time.
Has any former K cup user switched to the reusable pod and found a decently flavored coffee? Please help me stay frugal!
