My parents are considering buying a house and having me sign the papers for ownership. I am 22 and just graduated college with a full time job. There is 0 doubt that they will be able to fund it and pay for everything but I am struggling to understand why they want me as the owner. Also, they plan on leasing the place out.
My questions are; why do they want me to do this and if there are any benefits in it for me
