So I bought a new condo a few months back and things have been great. The problem is after a few months of showers the paint on the walls began to show streaks in the paint near the shower. When the paint began to peel I decided to repaint the whole thing myself because the renovator clearly did a poor job of it. I have a few questions though:Should I repaint the whole bathroom? If you look at the pictures there are streaks near the top of almost every wall.Although done poorly the paint job is new, should I paint over the new-old or get rid of all of it and start over? The only equipment I have is a Mouse Sander (http://ift.tt/2wUM5kE) is this enough to remove paint? See the imgur album below for what I've attempted with it so farSherwin Williams assures me I do not need primer if I buy the right paint (Duration Home Paint specifically) is this true? Or should I look into more primer/protective coat stuff?Between buying a condo and planning a wedding I do not have a ton of money to put into this project, can I actually do this affordably?Any help would be insanely appreciated!
